General Elections 2016 is a first for both COMMISSIONER ZILTA GEORGE-LESLIE appointed in December 2014 and I as Chairperson in November 2014, following the death of Justice Suzie d’ Auvergne. jepTwo Young Workers of the Saint Lucia Electoral Department  to participate  in a Junior Elections Professional (JEP)Caribbean and Americas Training Event to be held in Kingston, Jamaica from the 22-27 September, 2014 : under the theme, “Strengthening Electoral Democracy in the Commonwealth Caribbean”.
